You can choose a repair shop from the list below or find a repair shop near you at the time. It is necessary to contact us before going anywhere other than those listed.
You report windshield damage to a repair shop that cooperates with us. If the damage is minor, it is important that you visit a repair shop that offers windshield repair.
We encourage customers to make sure that necessary spare parts are available before repairs begin.
If the car is severely damaged and irreparable, VÍS Damage Inspection at Smiðshöfði 3-5 will assess the damage. It is open on weekdays from 12:00 to 15:00. Appointments can also be booked on weekdays from 9:00 to 16:00.
The right to a rental car depends on the type of vehicle insurance you have, the nature of the damage you experienced, and your status in the VÍS loyalty program.
