- The benefits are in the form of a daily allowance, paid for each day, from the day of arrival if a child, younger than 16 years, stays in hospital for 5 consecutive days or more.
- The maximum benefit period is 180 days for the same illness or accident.
- If benefits have been paid and the child returns to hospital within twelve months of the end of the previous hospital stay, due to the same illness or accident, you are entitled to benefits from the day of arrival if the 180 benefit days are not fully utilized.
- In the case of an illness, a doctor's certificate must be provided of when the illness was first diagnosed before benefits are paid.
- In the case of an accident, a doctor's certificate must be provided of when and how the accident occurred before benefits are paid.
Children's Care Insurance is included in our F Plus 3 and 4 packages. However, there is a difference in the amount of compensation depending on which F Plus package you choose.
The insurance pays
- Benefits in the form of a daily allowance if children younger than 16 years stay more than 5 consecutive days due to an illness or accident.
The insurance does not pay
- Benefits for congenital diseases or diseases diagnosed within three months of birth.
- Benefits for existing illnesses or accidents that occurred before the insurance took effect.
- Benefits for hospital stay after the insurance has expired.
