- If your Home Insurance includes Comprehensive Content Insurance, an optional coverage, musical instruments are also covered for damage caused by sudden and unforeseen external events.
- Please contact us if you own a very expensive musical instrument, we will find the best insurance coverage for you.
- If you are planning on taking musical instruments abrod, we recommend purchasing a travel insurance.
General Information
- Musical instruments are generally classified as home contents in insurance terms.
- In case of theft, insurances only apply if general precaution is taken to prevent items from being stolen.
- Home Insurance offers you to choose from two different coverage limits and three different deductibles amounts. The selected coverage amount determines the maximum compensation for damages. The cost of insurance varies based on the selected deductible amount. The higher the deductible amount, the cheaper the insurance.
- The main advantage of having both credit card travel insurance and Travel Insurance is that in the event of a loss, you will be compensated under both policies in the event of an extensive loss. If the credit card travel insurance does not cover the damage in full, you can claim on the Travel Insurance.
- We advise our customers to hold on to their payment receipts so that they can be presented if damage needs to be reported.
