Filing a claim on behalf of a company

There are two ways to file a claim on behalf of a comp­any:

  • Click File a claim. Sign in with password. Sign in the company using the comp­any’s ID number and password. Choose the appropriate claim categ­ory. You can select “Other” if you cannot find the correct categ­ory.

  • Click File a claim. Sign in with your personal electronic ID. Select “File a claim for another party.” Choose the appropriate claim categ­ory. You can select “Other” if you cannot find the correct categ­ory.

Fast processing and automated decision making

  • We place great emphasis on processing claims quickly and securely, and in some cases we can process them inst­antly.

  • When claims are processed inst­antly, we rely on autom­ated decision making.

  • You can always opt out of autom­ated decision making and request that we review the claim manually instead.

Claims and your status in the VÍS Loyalty Program

  • Customers earn points in the loyalty program based on the number of years they have been insured with us and the number of insurance policies they hold.

  • Our loyalty program is designed with the under­st­anding that even reliable customers may occasi­onally experience a claim. Therefore, we do not require a claim-free history in order for customers to keep their loyalty benefits unchanged.

  • If you have a compensable claim with VÍS, it counts as one minus point when your insurance policies are renewed. At the same time, your years as a customer are upda­ted, so if you have the same number or more active policies on your customer anni­versary date, you will not move down a loyalty tier.
