Claims inspection by video call

Faster and simpler claims service for property damage.

To speed up inspections of property damage claims, we offer video-call inspecti­ons. With the customer's consent, one of our special­ists will examine the visible signs of damage and take photographs during the call. This means customers who experience property damage don't need to spend time taking photographs and sending them to VÍS for assess­ment.

How it works:

• The customer reports property damage.

• A VÍS specialist calls the customer and offers a video call.

• During the call, the customer receives a text message from VÍS containing a link to click.

• The customer consents to allowing the VÍS specialist to take photographs during the call.

• The VÍS specialist can then view the site of the damage through the video call, with the customer's assist­ance, and take photographs to support the hand­ling of the claim.

The photographs are used solely for processing the claim, and all use is in accor­d­ance with how VÍS processes personal data.
