The insurance does not cover

Damages assumed by the insured if the liability exceeds compensation for personal injury or property damage caused by a deficient package tour.

Fines and other penalties.

Damage to passengers’ luggage while in the care of a carrier.

Damages that are partly covered by public authorities.
