VÍS customers who have home insurance with family and leisure coverage, and an active card with Íslandsbanki, qualify for Diamond loyalty benefits with VÍS and access to Íslandsbanki’s Loyalty Service.
New Íslandsbanki Loyalty Service
The loyalty program awards points for products and services. The more points customers earn, the higher they advance and the more benefits they receive. The Loyalty Service is divided into five levels named after Icelandic mountains: Klettur, Fjall, Drangi, Jökull and Tindur.
VÍS Home Insurance gives 25 points
VÍS customers who have home insurance with family and leisure coverage automatically reach at least the “Fjall” level in Íslandsbanki’s loyalty service.
The Fjall level
At the Fjall level, customers receive: Better interest rates on loyalty savings accounts, floating-rate mortgage with a 0.10% interest discount, 10% discount on Icelandair credit cards, Diamond-tier insurance terms with VÍS, 100 free debit card transactions, 50% off the standard card and personalized special offers.
Customized offers in “Fríða” and discounts on insurance
If you have home insurance with VÍS and an active Íslandsbanki card, you receive customized offers through Fríða, Íslandsbanki’s reward system and diamond-level benefits in VÍS’s loyalty program.
