Contractor Insurance
Contractor’s Insurance is a comprehensive insurance for owners or contractors involved in construction projects who wish to insure the project against sudden and unforeseen damage.
The insurance covers
- Sudden and unforeseen damage occurring during the execution of the work at the construction site.
- Costs related to the cleanup of damage that is covered by the insurance.
Optional coverage:
- The insured party's machinery and equipment at the construction site.
The insurance does not cover
- Damage resulting from incorrect, defective, or incomplete design, planning, and/or calculations.
- Damage caused by faulty or defective materials and/or workmanship.
- Standard and Regular maintenance.
- Indirect or derived loss or damage from any causes.
- Loss or damage of cash, drawings, or other documents.
- Shortages or shrinkage revealed during inventory.
